By creating an account or using Dang Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts and approval
Every new account is reviewed before activation. We may approve or decline any request, and suspend an account later.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Imitate a real person's voice without their consent.
- Commit fraud, forgery, threats, hate speech, or create any unlawful content.
- Spread misleading information that harms people or communities.
- Disrupt the system or get around usage limits.
4. Your content
The scripts and audio you create are yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the text you submit.
You allow us to process your content only to provide the service.
5. Limits and credits
Each plan has its own usage limits. Paid plans and credit purchases will be added later with their own terms.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is".
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
